Cheese

We got professional pictures of Zac taken the other day. It was actually good that we finally got them done since it was the second attempt due to my stupidity. I had called and made an appointment and we got him all ready and took him there, and when we got there, the girl told me I didn't have an appointment. I told her I had called and this is the time they told me to be there and of course I had an appointment. I was going to prove it to her so I wipped out my phone and told her the number I had called and she politely informed me that that was the number for the store in Orem. Whoops!!! Anyway, we made another appointment and did get them done. He was hungry and not as happy as I would have like, but there were a few that turned out really cute. Enjoy!

Blessing Day

Sunday was a great day. Jon blessed Zac in our ward and he did an amazing job. His Grandma Diane made his outfit and blanket and he looked so cute. It was a very busy day, but it was nice to spend it with our family. We are lucky to have so many people who love and support us!

We got 4 generation pictures with everyone there. Zac has 6 great grandparents.

I know this picture is a little blurry, but it is a good shot of the twins. Zac looks a lot like his grandpa (especially their hair lines!). They look aloke now, but looking at my dad's baby pictures, they look identical. It's fun to see.

Baby on a Leash and 2 Months Old

When we came home from the hospital, we had to keep Zac on oxygen. They brought a huge tank to our house and he had a 50 ft. tube that we could walk around the house with him. It was hard to still be hooked up, but it didn't last long. He is now healthy and has no strings. It is nice to be able to pick him up and not have to worry about pulling anything out.

Zac is now 2 months old and is getting so big. He is smiling all the time and is a very handsome and happy little boy.

Much Better

I have been waiting till I had pictures uploaded to update, but since that is taking me forever to do, I figured I had better let everyone know that Zac is doing much better. We brought him home from the hospital last Saturday. He has been on oxygen (I'll post the pictures of the baby on a leash soon) which wasn't much fun, but we all have been getting much more sleep at home. He was still not feeeling great for a couple of days, but is now doing much better. We've had a long chat on how if he doesn't want his mom to go back to work, there are better ways of doing that than going to the hospital. We've got nine more weeks and then it will be summer vacation. (Yep, I'm already counting down.)
On a different note, General Conference was great this weekend. It is wonderful to sustain a new prophet and feel of his spirit as he speaks. It is always a good time of year, and it was especially fun this year to think back 5 years ago to when Jon and I got engaged. So many things have happened in the last 5 years. I have been very blessed and I am a very lucky girl. I love you Jon!!!!!
